Pilot Ladder for Vessels

Pilot ladder is one type of rope ladder specially designed for the use of marine industry while embarking and disembarking pilots. It consistsed of hardwood steps, spreader steps (Preventer Step), rubber steps, manila ropes, thimble spliced eyes, and steps fixing pieces. Holding magnets are compulsory to keep the ladder lean against the ship's hull to prevent swinging.  

 Specifications :

• Length : 6meter, 9meter, 12meter (Other lengths are available upon request)
• Rope : Ropes are 18mm and mold-resistant manila ropes. 
• Steps : The distance of inner edge of the side ropes is 400mm, the width of step is 115mm, and the thickness is 28mm. 
• Rubber Step: Bottom 4 steps made by rubber material and having same strength with wooden steps as well as dimensions. 
• Spreader: 1800mm (L) x 115mm (W)
• Step Fixing Piece: Wood secured with aluminum clampings
• Fastening Hardware: Aluminum Rings
• Type A & Type B : A type comes with exact length of ladder and B type offer extra length of upper section tie down rope. 
• Standard complied : Solas 74 Convention as amended, Regulations V/23, X/3, IMO Resolution A.1045(27), IMO MSC/Circ. 1428, ISO 799-1: 2019, MED.5489 approved 
• Class Approved with certicifate
